Former Queens Celebrate 75th Anniversary

History! Something happens today, and tomorrow it is history. It’s also not thought about again until a group of forty-plus women get together to start looking at pictures and talking about what their reign as Miss Okawville Fair was like, what their competitions were like and who remembers who, what, when, where and why.
Many questions were asked both by the former queens and by many others as they stood looking at the picture boards in the Community Club building this past weekend.
As a group, the former queens attempted to answer those questions at their luncheon on Sunday before the parade.
