MISSING JUVENILE
Missing Juvenile: 15 yo white male Jacob A. Zapp last seen in Ashley, IL on August 15, 2023. Last seen wearing a t-shirt, gray pajama pants, gray shoes, and a burnt orange colored book bag. Jacob is 507, weighs 115, blonde hair, and blue eyes. Jacob has a scar on his forehead and he wears braces.
