New School Records Set at Track Meets

A new school record was set when the Okawville Lady Rockets traveled east to the Mt. Vernon Invitational last Wednesday.
The 1,600-meter relay team of Lydia Luechtefeld, Alyssa Statler, Lauren Haacke and Caroline Tepe placed first in the meet and set a new school record with a time of 4:19.44. As a team, Okawville finished third out of the eight girls’ teams competing at the meet.
