Juliette Morgan has worked in the hospitality business for most of her life. Now for the first time, she will be working for herself.
Morgan purchased Buretta’s Bar and Grill late last year and has redubbed her new venture Jules Joint, which she hopes to open in February.
“I’ve worked in catering and managed bars and restaurants for most of my career,” Morgan said. “This will be the first time I’m an owner and not a worker.”
Currently in the midst of a renovation at her new venture, Morgan already has plans for how the business will look when it opens.
She says Jules Joint will offer food and drinks, and she plans to keep the kitchen open for late night snacks.
