House Sales Increase In Okawville, Slow In Nashville

House sales in Okawville Township increased from 35 in 2021 to 37 in 2022, according to records of the Supervisor of Assessments Office. It was the second highest in the past ten years – only three less than the 40 sales in 2018 and 2020.
The highest number of sales in the last 25 years was 41 in 2005. The lowest number in that span was 20 in 2010.
Okawville Township also includes part of the village of Addieville; the other part of Addieville is in Plum Hill Township.
Nashville Township had a decrease in the number of houses sold, from 76 in 2021 to 64 in 2022.
In the last 25 years the number of houses sold in Nashville Township has ranged from a high of 94 to a low of 42.
The county had 219 residential sales in 2022, up from 216 in 2021, but down from the 233 in 2020.
