Animals Remembered This Season of Giving

County residents have been “paying it forward” during this holiday season, and Washington County Animal Control has been one of the beneficiaries of the generosity.

Donations from Yuppy Puppy in Okawville, Farmers Mid County Feed in Nashville, and Washington County Hospital will help keep the animals fed this winter.

Washington County Animal Control Warden Deb Hagopian says she is overwhelmed by the generosity she has seen.

“We see a lot of donations most Decembers, but this year has been extra special,” Hagopian said. “It is great to have the support of the community.”
