Kenneth L. Maschhoff

Kenneth Lee Maschhoff of Nashville, IL departed this life at the Washington County Hospital Emergency Room in Nashville, IL on Friday, October 22, 2021, at 7:06 PM.  He had attained the age of 70 years, 6 months and 24 days.

Kenneth was born on March 28, 1951, in Centralia, IL, the son of Herbert and Flora (nee Harre) Maschhoff.  He was united in marriage to Susan Emmons on August 28, 1976 at the Trinity Lutheran Church in Nashville, IL, and she survives his passing.

Kenneth served with the Army National Guard and was a lifelong farmer.  He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Nashville, IL.  Kenneth enjoyed farming, playing pinochle and traveling with his friends, Kathy and Terry Dinkelman and Denise and Gary Guest.  He truly loved his grandchildren and loved spending time with them.

Left to mourn his passing is his wife Susan Maschhoff of Nashville, IL; Kristin Korn and her husband Bradley of Cape Girardeau, MO and their children Brielyn and Ashtyn; son, Garrett Maschhoff and wife Heather of Nashville, IL and their children, Quintin, Keeghan, Caillyn and Kellton; sister, Kathy (Byron) Price of Pinckneyville, IL; brother, Keith (Jill) Maschhoff of Smithton, IL; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents and mother-in-law, Gloria Emmons.

Funeral services will be held at the Trinity Lutheran Church in Nashville, IL on Wednesday, October 27, 2021, at 11 AM with Pastor David Benning officiating.  Interment will follow in the church cemetery.

Friends may call at the Trinity Lutheran Church in Nashville, IL on Wednesday from 9 AM until the service hour.

Should friends desire, memorials can be made to the Trinity Lutheran Church and will be accepted by the Campagna Funeral Home, who is assisting the family with arrangements.
