BCMW Christmas Program Accepting Applications
The BCMW Adopt-A-Family Christmas Program in Nashville will begin taking applications for needy families in Washington County from November 1 through November 15.
The Adopt-A-Family Program provides warm clothing, toys, family gifts and food. Previous years have had cash donations and toy drives, and organizers are hoping to make this year even more successful.
Applications are not being done in-person this year, so interested families should call Community Resource Specialist Christina Poole at 327-8476.
Families must provide 30-day proof of total household income, social security cards, a DHS print-out of medical/link information, driver’s license or state ID card, and rent receipt.
Anyone wishing to adopt a child for whom to purchase a gift, or anyone who would like to make a toy or cash donation, can call BCMW at 327-8476.
