Missouri Man Arrested Outside Circle K Last Week

A Missouri man is facing a felony charge after being arrested in the parking lot at Circle K last Tuesday morning.

Lealin Wake of Cabool, Mo., was charged with a felony charge of unlawful use of a weapon, as well as disorderly conduct, a misdemeanor, following an incident outside of the convenience store at the corner of Front Street and Fourth Street in Okawville.

According to the police report, an officer was dispatched after a clerk reported that he had seen a man throw a gun in a dumpster.
