Masks Recommended, Not Required for Students

COVID safety protocols for the coming school year were the focus of Thursday’s meeting of West Washington County Unit District 10 School Board.

The board voted to approve the Return to Learn program formulated by school administrators, teachers and members of the school board.

Per guidance from state and local health officials, the plan does not require students and staff to wear masks, though they are still recommended for unvaccinated people to wear indoors.
