Two Area Hoopsters Named to All State Basketball Team

ne Okawville and one Nashville player were named to the IHSA All State Basketball Teams.

The Rockets’ Jacksen Harre was named to the 1A All State Team, and Nashville’s Isaac Turner was tapped for the 2A All State Team.

Harre averaged 14.3 points per game and led Okawville with 58 assists in 13 games. He was also named to the Cahokia All Conference Team.

Turner, a junior at Nashville, averaged 15.8 points per game to go with 4.3 rebounds and 1.6 assists per game for the Hornets.

Okawville finished the pandemic-shortened season with a record of 11-2, while Nashville went 13-1.
