Bonnie Cafe manager Angie Jones expected challenges caused by the Coronavirus Pandemic. First, they dealt with closing for several months because of dine-in restrictions. Then they dealt with slow business because people were hesitant to dine in.
But now, as COVID-rates have declined and more people are coming to the restaurant, Jones is dealing with a challenge she didn’t expect – not enough staff.
