Riechmann Bros. Building New Facility In Breese

Riechmann Bros. is set to break ground on a new John Deere dealership location in Breese in February of this year.

A new 34,000 square foot facility will be located on a 15 acre site on St. Rose Road, west of Breese. It will replace Riechmann’s current facility on Old Route 50.

Business partner Keith Riechmann said a larger facility and more acreage is needed to display larger equipment. Riechmann’s current three acre site surrounded by subdivisions and other businesses does not allow for expansion, he said.

Infrastructure work has started to prepare for construction. The building could be completed as early as September.

Poettker Construction Company is serving as the design-build contractor for this 15-acre development.
