Cook to Play Two Sports at KC

As with everything in the COVID era, college life has been turned upside down. That is a big reason why Megan Cook will be competing for the Kaskaskia College softball and cross country teams.

Cook spent last fall in Rolla at Missouri University of Science and Technology, but much of that time was spent in her dorm room taking remote classes.

“I figured if I was going to just be taking classes remotely, I could do that a lot closer to home,” Cook said.

Her college experience will go beyond the classroom, as Cook plans to compete in both softball and cross county for the Blue Angels.
