Yvonne I. Bergkoetter

Yvonne I. Bergkoetter, nee Gale, 86, of St. Libory, IL, born July 26, 1934 in Gorham, IL died Monday, Jan. 4, 2021 at her home. 

Yvonne was a homemaker and a member of St. Liborius Catholic Church, St. Libory, IL.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Clyde and Myrtle, nee Bryan, Gale, her husband, Albert A. Bergkoetter whom she married in St. Libory, IL on Oct. 7, 1953, two grandchildren, Daniel and Haley Bergkoetter, brothers, Dave Gale, Clyde Gale, Donald Gale, Lawrence (Beverly) Gale.

Surviving are four children, Anthony Bergkoetter and wife Denise Ballou of St. Libory, IL, John Bergkoetter and wife Gloria Tovar of Somerton, AZ, Vernon (Milia) Bergkoetter of Williamsport, IN, Paul (Debra) Bergkoetter of St. Libory; nine grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; brothers and sisters, George (Judy) Gale, Louis (Ruth) Gale, Ted (Jane) Gale, Marilyn Smith, Elaine (Clarence) Becherer; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Sherry Gale, Thomas (Dolores) Bergkoetter and Mary (Kenneth) Koeller; and many nephews and nieces.

Funeral: A private graveside service will be held Wednesday, Jan. 6, 2021 at St. Liborius Catholic Cemetery with Father Paul Wienhoff officiating.
