Hettenhausen Tapped For Bowling Honor
Jim Hettenhausen has been recommended to be inducted to the Greater Carlyle Bowling Association Hall Of Fame.
The board will vote on the inductees.
Hettenhausen has bowled eight 300 games. He has a high series of 837, and high average of 228.
He bowled in leagues from age 15-48.
The 2020 GCBA Hall Of Fame Banquet is tentatively scheduled for November 7 at Michaels Restaurant in Highland. The awards portion of the banquet has been cancelled this year due to COVID restrictions.
Hettenhausen,the Okawville Postmaster, lives in rural Okawville with his wife, Stacey and children Megan, a student at Illinois College in Jacksonville, and Taylor.
