House sales in Okawville Township were lower in the first six month of 2020 than in the first six months of 2019, according to records of the Supervisor Of Assessments Office.
House sales totaled 13 from January through June, down from 18 during the same period in 2017, 2018, and 2019.
Okawville Township also includes a part of Addieville.
First six month sales have fluctuated from a low of 12 in 2010, 2014, and 2015 to a high of 19 in 2006 and 2012.
Sales also dropped in Nashville Township in the same period. They totaled 23 from January through June, down from 34 in the same period of 2019.
Nashville Township’s six month period ended with a flurry of 7 residential sales in June. That compares with an average of 3.2 a month in the first five months of the year.
