OHS Musical Rescheduled

The show will go on – just later than the original date.

The Okawville High School musical “Mamma Mia” is now scheduled for Friday, Saturday and Sunday, June 5, 6, and 7th.

The original dates of March 20-22 were canceled because of the cancellation of school and ban on public gatherings due to COVID-19.

Director Amy Welch said when the event was canceled the cast was already well-prepared and beginning final days of dress rehearsal. She said that it won’t take the cast long to get back to where they left off.  

School is tentatively scheduled to resume May 1.
