Nashville High School Students Compete In Illinois Drafting Educators Contest

Kaskaskia College recently sponsored the 43rd Annual I.D.E.A. (Illinois Drafting Educators Association) Drafting Contest. The participants competed in eight separate divisions: Intro to Board Drafting, Intro to CAD, 3D CAD Modeling, Assembly Modeling, Machine CAD, Architectural Board Drafting, Architectural 2D CAD, and Architectural 3D CAD.

Student Alyxandra Wright, finished 1st in Architectural Board Drafting.

All first and second place winners are eligible to compete at the State I.D.E.A. Contest at Illinois State University.
