Junior Lady Rocket Netters Notch Three Big Wins

The Okawville Junior High Lady Rockets volleyball team had a big week with three wins against teams in their regional. They defeated Aviston (25-21, 25-18), Germantown (25-14, 22-25, 15-11) and Bartelso (24-26, 25-19, 15-7).

The seventh grade team won two of the three matches last week, defeating Aviston (25-23, 23-25, 15-10) and Germantown (25-12, 25-9) but losing to Bartelso (25-20, 25-14).

The sixth grade team won two close matches last week, defeating Aviston (24-26, 25-22, 15-13) and Germantown (25-23, 27-26) while losing to Bartelso (25-12, 25-14).
