2019 House Sales Decrease In Okawville Township, But Up In Nashville, County
The number of houses sold in Okawville Township decreased by five from 2018 to 2019, according to records in the Supervisor of Assessments Office.
In 2019 there were 35 houses sold in the township, down from 40 in 2018. The 20 year high was 41 in 2005. The 20-year low was 20 in 2010.
Okawville Township also includes part of the village of Addieville, in which there were seven residential sales in 2019. The other part of Addieville lies in Plum Hill Township.
The county had 235 residential sales in 2019, up from 211 the previous year.
Nashville Township had 78 sales last year, up from 65 the previous year.
