As a distant cousin (Herman & Stella Skaggs) who was blessed to know and spend many memorable moments together with her grandparents – Harold and Margaret Hand, I know that Barbara came from a loving family and that as she loved her family, has left a wonderful legacy. I know that words can not express the grief and sorrow of your loss. Know that you are in my thoughts and prayers.
