Area Runners Compete in Bourbon Chase

Several local runners took part in the Bourbon Chase, relay race from Jim Beam in Clermont, Kentucky to Lexington last weekend.

The approximately 200-mile relay race was split into 36 legs varying in length from 3.5 to 9 miles. The course took teams through five distilleries along the way through the historic Kentucky Bourbon Trail.
