All Hail The Queen

Tiffany Thompson was crowned Okawville Fair and Wheat Festival Queen at the Pageant Friday evening by retiring queen Hope Bergkoetter. Thompson is the daughter of Rodney and Beth Thompson of Okawville. The 2018 graduate of Okawville High attends Kaskaskia College, and will transfer to Barnes-Jewish Goldfarb School of Nursing in January. She will compete in the Illinois Association of County Fairs Queen Pageant in Springfield in January.

First runner-up Abby Riechmann is the daughter of Keith Riechmann and Susanne Riechmann of Okawville. The 2019 graduate of Okawville High attends Kaskaskia College.

Second runner-up Casean Tebbe is the daughter of Aaron and Donna Tebbe of Okawville. The 2018 graduate of Okawville High is a sophomore at Saint Louis University.

Callie McClay received the Kathy R. Shubert Miss Congeniality Award, chosen by the other contestants. She is the daughter of Steve and Denise McClay of Oakdale.

Junior Miss Pageant

Sage Hackstadt was picked as Junior Miss in voting by the people attending. She is the daughter of Tyler and Ashley Hackstadt. Her sister Kenley was Jr. Miss in 2014, and her mother, the former Ashley Shubert, was the 2002 Fair Queen.
