Average Home Sale Price Increases In Okawville, Decreases In Nashville

The average price of a house sold in Okawville Township in 2018 increased from the average price in 2017, according to sales transaction records in the Supervisor of Assessor’s Office.

Last year, the average selling price was $109,252, up from $96,610 the previous year. In the years prior  it was $98,285 in 2016 and $89,030 in 2015. No houses in Okawville Township sold for more than $200,000 in 2018. The highest sale (without acreage) was $190,000.

 In Nashville Township the average selling price in 2018 was $92,959. That was down from $109,903 in 2017, $107,855 in 2016; and $102,154 in 2015. The highest selling price in Nashville  Township  last  year  was $200,000. That contrasts with 6 $200,000-plus house sales in 2017.
