Okawville Woman Wraps Up Year As State Jaycee President

After 1,800 miles of travel, five conventions, and 83 chapter visits, Vanessa Birchler wrapped up her year as president of the Illinois Jaycees.

The Okawville woman passed the gavel to the new president at the Winter General Assembly in Decatur last weekend.
